First and foremost we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to make sure our gift baskets and gifts arrive in a timely manner. Each order will be filled and ready for delivery within 2 days of receipt of the order (phone, e-mail, or website). If you are having your purchase shipped, we will notify you when the order has been shipped (phone, e-mail). Please give 24-hour notice for personal company deliveries. Deliveries will be completed as close to the timetable of the purchaser's request as possible. For a last minute purchase, we may be able to accommodate a personal company delivery depending on the availability of the driver and the company's previously scheduled deliveries for that day. We guarantee a full refund on any damaged or broken products, and gift baskets.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
If the item, product, or some part of the gift basket is unavailable, we may need to substitute and item of equal or greater value. Product quantities may be limited or back ordered at higher volume time of the year. We will take the necessary steps to make sure we can satisfy your gift-purchasing request.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
